Rental Reservations

A Rental Reservation fully reserves selected item(s) for the desired rental date(s). Once a reservation is made, reserved items are removed from the rental inventory list and held solely for you and your convenience.

Once an item is removed/held from inventory it’s no longer available to other potential renters. For this reason, a true Rental Reservation requires full payment for the desired equipment spanning the entirety of the rental period. Full payment includes a refundable security deposit and all corresponding state taxes and fees. 

Canceled Reservations Will Be Handled As Follows:

If the reservation is canceled more than 3 business days prior to the reservation date, a full refund will be issued.

If the reservation is canceled less than 3 business days prior to the reservation date, only a security deposit will be refunded.

A full refund will be issued if the reserved items become unavailable due to damage, maintenance, or delays with the previous renter.
